Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. If an item is out of stock, we'll notify you by email with the option to wait for restocking or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery Times

Each Aurorae chandelier is carefully inspected, tested, and packed to order from our production facility. Our standard shipping uses a secure freight-and-courier combination that keeps shipping free on orders over $400, but requires standard transit time.

Expedited Shipping

Need your order sooner? We offer expedited air shipping via FedEx, UPS, or DHL for faster delivery. While our Standard shipping is a flat rate (or free over $400), Expedited shipping is an optional upgrade priced per order based on weight and exact destination.

To request an expedited shipping quote, email info@auroraelighting.com with:

  • The product(s) you plan to order
  • Your full shipping address

We'll reply within one business day with the expedited cost and estimated delivery date.

Packaging & Protection

Every fixture ships in a custom-fit double carton with molded foam inserts designed specifically for glass and crystal components. Individual glass shades are wrapped and separated to prevent contact during transit. All shipments include full transit insurance — if anything arrives damaged, we replace it at no cost to you.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Use the tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status in real time.

If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of receiving the shipping confirmation, email us at info@auroraelighting.com with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

Cancellations & Modifications

To cancel or modify an order, contact us within 24 hours of placement and before the order has shipped:

Approved cancellations are fully refunded within 1–2 business days. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy.

Taxes & Duties

United States & Canada: All applicable import duties and taxes are covered by Aurorae Lighting. The price you pay at checkout is the final price — no hidden fees or surprise customs charges on delivery.

All other countries: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate before ordering. We provide all necessary shipping documentation to facilitate smooth customs clearance.

Delivery Issues

Damaged on arrival: Photograph the damage (both packaging and fixture) and email the photos to info@auroraelighting.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. We'll ship a replacement part or full replacement at no charge, typically within 1–4 business days.

Missing or lost package: If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package, check with neighbors and building management first. If the package can't be located, email us within 72 hours and we'll file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.

Wrong item received: Email us with a photo of what you received and your order number. We'll ship the correct item immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.

How much is shipping?
We offer a global flat rate of $60 for all standard orders under $400. If your order is over $400, standard shipping is fully insured and completely free, regardless of your country (within our supported regions).

How long will my order take to arrive?
For all orders: 1–4 days processing. Transit times vary by region (e.g., US: 2-4 weeks standard; Europe: 4-11 business days). Custom orders add 6–12 days of production time before shipping. See the Delivery Times section for specific regional estimates.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Enter it on the carrier's website (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Matson) for real-time updates.

What if my order is delayed?
We monitor all shipments and will notify you proactively if we detect a delay. If you have concerns, email us anytime — we'll provide an updated estimate.

Do you ship to my country?

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, if the order hasn't entered processing. Email us immediately with your order number and the new address.

Do custom orders ship differently?
