How to Place a Custom Order
Step 1: Choose your base fixture. Browse our Chandelier or Pendant Light collection and identify the design you want to start from. Every customization begins with an existing fixture as the foundation.
Step 2: Email us your requirements. Send the following to info@auroraelighting.com:
- The product name or URL of your base fixture
- What you'd like to change (canopy size, light count, finish, cable length, etc.)
- Your room dimensions and ceiling height (helps us confirm the customization will work in your space)
- A photo of the room (optional, but helps us make better recommendations)
Step 3: Receive your quote. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a detailed quote including the custom specifications, final pricing, and estimated production and delivery timeline.
Step 4: Confirm and produce. Once you approve the quote, we begin production. You'll receive progress updates and a tracking number when your custom fixture ships.
Pricing
Customizations are priced based on the scope of the modification. Minor adjustments (cable length, small canopy size change) typically add 10–15% to the base price. More substantial modifications (custom finish, non-standard light count) may add 15–30%. We provide exact pricing in the quote before you commit — no surprises.
