What the Program Includes

Trade Pricing

15% off current website prices across our online collection, applied at checkout with your trade code.

Project Quotes

Orders of six or more units of one fixture, and multi-room or hospitality specifications, can be quoted individually and may qualify for project pricing.

Custom Configurations

Canopy size and shape, light count, cable length, and finish can be adjusted on request, subject to a feasibility review. See Custom Orders.

Specification Support

Spec sheets, dimensioned CAD drawings, and 3D renderings can be prepared on request for project orders.

Sample-to-Project Credit

Order a single unit at retail to review scale and finish. It can be returned within 30 days of delivery under our standard return policy. If the full project order follows, we credit you the difference between retail and project pricing on that unit.

Shipping & Duties

Free insured standard shipping on orders over $400. Import duties are covered on orders to the United States and Canada, with no tax added at checkout.

What We Ask For

  • Your company name and a website or portfolio
  • One of the following: a resale certificate, a business license, or membership in ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, or an equivalent professional body

We review each application and reply by email within one business day.

3. Order

Once approved, we email you your trade code to use at checkout. For project quotes, send your fixture schedule to info@auroraelighting.com.

Trade Terms

  • Trade pricing is extended to approved businesses for professional projects. The trade code is valid only for approved trade accounts, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
  • Orders placed at trade or project pricing follow the Project & Volume Order terms of our Return & Refund Policy, including free cancellation before shipment and final sale after shipment. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items remain covered when reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Custom and project orders are priced by written quote. Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable.
  • Aurorae products may not be listed or advertised online, including on marketplaces and in shopping ads, without our written approval.
  • Aurorae Lighting may approve or decline applications, and may review trade status, at its discretion.
