You have a max of 30 calendar days to make returns. You must send back your return packages within 30 calendar days from the receipt date of items. No returns made after 30 calendar days from receipt date will be accepted.
The return is only eligible for items packed in their original cartons complete with all parts and original packing materials.
It is ineligible to return for following situations: items installed or modified; items customized or made to order; items with final sales; items itself or whose packages damaged without any proof from local logistics; shades, bulbs or accessories purchased individually.
To start a return, you shall first email us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To complete your return, please attach a receipt or proof of purchase with the package to speed up the refund process.
All returns are subject to a free restocking fee as long as the item of your order has safely reached our warehouse or specific address.
After your return arrives at our address, your refund will be process with 2 business days or less. We will make refund through PayPal or the other original payment methods you use for the purchase after receiving complete return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you about the receipt as well as the approval or rejection of your refund application. If approved, you will get refund manually within 1 - 3 business days.
The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card issuer. It may take some time before the refund is officially granted.
Depending on your banking institution, you should see your refund reflected back on your bank statement in 2 - 7 business days. Please contact us for assistance should you not receive the refund within 7 business days.

If you are looking to exchange the purchased item into a new specification or style, feel free to place a new order. Make sure you double check specification details before your purchase.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
To return, you shall mail the items to our specific address which will be indicated in the refund approval email.
You shall pay for return shipping via your preferred carrier including any international returns. In addition, the declaration value of products must be less than $60 when you mail them through Post Service, because we will not bear any possible tax fee and any possible tax fee will be deducted from the order amount.
After you ship the item back, please inform us an effective track number in time in order for tracking. We suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if you ship an item over $75 on order amount.
Please make sure you do not include extra items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
